Boma Cookey, Owner
Boma Cookey set her sights on business ownership early, and after graduating from post-secondary with two bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Psychology, she built toward that goal with intention. That combination has shaped how she leads today: the discipline of accounting paired with a genuine understanding of what motivates people, which is exactly what it takes to build and run a face-to-face fundraising team.
Boma joined TNI the Network Inc. in January 2022 as a part-time student and quickly rose through the ranks. When Boma sets her mind to something, she sees it through, and by October of that same year, she had opened her own agency, Kingdom International Acquisitions Inc.
Her strong start didn’t go unnoticed. At the 2022 East Coast Holiday Party, Boma was presented with the Top Rookie in the East award, recognizing her commitment to the business in her very first year.
Originally from Nigeria, Boma is passionate about giving back to her community and creating opportunities for others through Kingdom International Acquisitions and its partnership with TNI Network. Her Christian faith is an important part of her life, and it continues to shape her values, her purpose, and the way she approaches her work.
Al Lachance
Al Lachance is a results-driven professional with extensive management and leadership experience spanning more than two decades. Since 2000, Al has built a career on strong customer service instincts, a “whatever it takes” attitude, and high energy, consistently applying these qualities to drive sales and support fundraising efforts for numerous charitable organizations.
A natural mentor and hands-on leader, Al leads by example while developing others, planning and coordinating corporate events, and overseeing multiple businesses and teams across several cities. Al’s background spans business ownership, human resources, and advertising and recruiting, giving him a well-rounded foundation for building strong teams and helping individuals reach their goals and targets, even in the face of significant challenges.
Al has helped drive fundraising efforts and cultivate new donors for numerous organizations throughout Canada and the United States, a testament to his leadership, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.
Patience Simango
Director of Agency Operations
Patience Simango has been working in the face-to-face marketing industry since 2009 and with TNI since the spring of 2010. She demonstrated an immediate dedication to the business and strong desire to succeed, propelling her to open her own Agency with TNI, World Wide Acquisitions Inc., in February of 2011. Coming from Zimbabwe, she has a natural affinity for the work that TNI’s clients do, which has played a tremendous part in her passion for fundraising and raising awareness for the causes she represents.
